Purvi Banker at conference
I like this Sherlock Holmes dialogue “The world is full of obvious things which nobody ever observes,” In past few years doctors are over exposed to different pharma sponsored promotional conference. Generally, Pharma Companies sponsored conferences have no useful topics. Which over a period of time, no one is interested . This leads to reduced attendance in conference. But not a single organiser has tried to change and make it interesting thinking out of the box and plan the conference. I had added few non-medical talks which are really useful in doctor’s life…..which has made my conference a grand success without any obvious efforts!

Topics of conference

In Sherlock Holmes words “The world is full of obvious things which nobody ever observes. These are obvious but will always be hard to pay attention to. There is nothing more misleading than ignoring an obvious fact.”
So friends try to give more importance to most obvious things first.
