These exercises can be performed by people of all age group and people of both gender. Frozen shoulder occurs in people with diabetes, elderly people, people who had shoulder fracture or shoulder injury in the past followed by immobilization. These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will help you to reduce the stiffness in shoulder joint along with improving mobility and range of motion in your shoulder. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day once in the morning and second time while going to sleep.
